Mmmm. fudge, I love fudge!
And as the name implies, it's is very simple. But you do need to plan ahead because it's not fast - there's a lot of waiting going on! I recommend making this the day before you plan on serving it just to make sure it has enough time to harden.
Fudge can seem very daunting but I was able to make an easy, creamy, and rich chocolate fudge by using my own sweetened condensed milk recipe instead of using the traditional method of boiling a sugar syrup.
The taste of your fudge will largely depend on the chocolate you use, so pick your dairy free chocolate carefully! I used Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks (16 oz. is about 1 1/2 bags) and I thought it had a perfect chocolate flavor... but I pretty much love anything that's chocolate! And for those of you who are leary of the coconut milk, it lends no coconut-y taste but makes it super creamy.
Make this for any chocoholic and you'll be best friends for life! ...so make it for someone you really like :)
